Returns and Exchanges

Due to the customization and personalization that goes into each product, returns and refunds are NOT permitted.
Should you find a flaw or damage to your item caused by J and D Gifts, please contact us within SEVEN days of delivery and we will happily find a solution and replace such item. Pictures, packaging and tags IN place will be required.
We are not responsible for mishaps by the shipper, such as USPS, FedEx or UPS, should there be an issue, contact us and we will do our best to help and can provide tracking information


Can I change my order?

   -The order is started as early as 10 minutes after your order is placed to ensure efficiency of product delivery. If there is a problem, please contact us IMMEDIATELY, if your order has not been started we will happily assist you. Contact us here

Can I submit a custom request, such as custom design or my own logo or perhaps something I don't see in your shop?

   -ABSOLUTELY. We LOVE custom orders. Contact us and we will be happy to give you a quote

How long will it take to receive my item?

   -Typical orders take approximately 1-5 business days to make. Shipping takes anywhere from 1-10 days. If you need something sooner, please don't hesitate to contact us and we can let you know if it can be done, rush fees may apply. Custom orders may take longer.

Do you offer Bulk Discounts?

   -I do. Please contact me if you are looking for 10 or more of an item and we'll happily give you a quote

   -At this time, we do not offer will call pick ups
